Free Invoice Generator
Fill in your business, your customer and the items. The preview on the right updates as you type. When it looks right, download the PDF — no sign-up, nothing saved.
This PDF isn't saved anywhere — reload the page and it's gone. The app keeps every invoice, lets you add clients, tracks who's paid and who's overdue, and sends WhatsApp payment reminders automatically.
Want to reuse it, track who's paid, and nudge late customers on WhatsApp? That's the GintiFlow app — invoicing and money tools for Indian freelancers and small businesses.
About GintiFlow →How it works
You give the generator three things — who's billing, who's being billed, and the line items — and it lays them out as a clean A4 invoice. The GST invoice mode carries what a tax invoice needs: both GSTINs, the place of supply, an HSN/SAC column, and the tax shown as CGST + SGST or IGST rather than a single "GST" line. The non-GST invoice mode drops all of that for anyone billing without a GST registration.
CGST + SGST, or IGST?
It comes from the first two digits of each GSTIN — the state code. Same state on both sides: CGST + SGST, each half the rate. Different states: IGST at the full rate. Miss out a GSTIN and it assumes same-state. This is a common simplification; for exports, SEZ supplies or reverse charge, check with a CA.
Is it stored anywhere?
No. The details are sent to GintiFlow's server, the PDF is rendered and returned, and nothing is written to a database. Reload the page and it's gone. If you want invoices you can find again — and a record of which are paid — the GintiFlow app keeps them for you.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-up, no email. Fill in, download, done.
Can I invoice without a GST number?
Yes — switch to "Non-GST invoice" at the top. No tax is added and the PDF notes it is not a GST tax invoice.
Is this a valid tax invoice?
The GST mode carries the required fields, but you're responsible for the values being correct. Check everything before issuing, and confirm your GST position with a CA if unsure.
