These terms govern your use of the GintiFlow mobile app and gintiflow.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What GintiFlow is

GintiFlow is an invoicing and money-tracking app for Indian freelancers and small business owners. It helps you create GST invoices, credit notes, quotations and delivery challans, remind clients to pay, see your sales laid out for your GST return, and track your budget and investments. GintiFlow does not process payments on your behalf — invoices show your own UPI ID or bank details, and your clients pay you directly.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter — invoice amounts, GST numbers, client details, and financial figures. GintiFlow doesn't verify or guarantee the accuracy of anything you enter.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

The calculators, tax comparisons, and Money Tools features in GintiFlow (including the income tax, business tax, and gratuity calculators) are educational estimates only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Rules like income tax slabs, presumptive taxation limits, and gratuity eligibility change over time — always verify with a qualified professional (a CA for tax matters) before making a financial or employment decision based on anything shown in the app.

GST figures and returns

GintiFlow prints the GST details you enter on your invoices and adds up your sales in the shape the GSTR-1 return uses. It does not file any return, does not connect to the GST portal, and does not confirm that a GSTIN is registered — it only checks that the number is 15 letters and digits. You (or your accountant) remain responsible for the correctness of your invoices and returns. Check anything you rely on for a filing.

Plans and payment

Every new account gets every feature for its first 3 months, counted from the day it was created. After that, once paid plans are on sale, the free plan allows up to 20 invoices a day, 100 invoices a month and 50 clients, and Excel/CSV export, the monthly/annual reports, and quotations and delivery challans need a paid plan. Paid plans raise those limits. The price, including GST, the length and the limits of a plan are shown before you pay. Reaching a limit only stops new invoices, clients or documents; nothing you have already created is hidden or deleted. How paid plans are bought and cancelled will be set out here before they go on sale. Paid plans are not on sale yet; until they are, GintiFlow is free with no limits.

A free or promotional period, where offered, requires no payment card and converts to a paid subscription at the standard price only if you don't cancel before it ends. Promo codes from a GintiFlow campaign are redeemed through the same app store and follow the same auto-renewal rule once the free period is over.

Acceptable use

Don't use GintiFlow to create fraudulent invoices, misrepresent GST information, harass clients, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep GintiFlow available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party services (Apple/Google sign-in, WhatsApp, push notifications) depend on those services being available too.

Limitation of liability

GintiFlow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including errors in calculators or invoices you generate. You're responsible for verifying invoice amounts, tax figures, and any decision made based on the app's output before relying on them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use GintiFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
