These terms govern your use of the GintiFlow mobile app and gintiflow.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What GintiFlow is

GintiFlow is an invoicing and money-tracking app for Indian freelancers and small business owners. It helps you create GST-compliant invoices, remind clients to pay, and track your budget and investments. GintiFlow does not process payments on your behalf — invoices show your own UPI ID or bank details, and your clients pay you directly.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter — invoice amounts, GST numbers, client details, and financial figures. GintiFlow doesn't verify or guarantee the accuracy of anything you enter.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

The calculators, tax comparisons, and Money Tools features in GintiFlow (including the income tax, business tax, and gratuity calculators) are educational estimates only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Rules like income tax slabs, presumptive taxation limits, and gratuity eligibility change over time — always verify with a qualified professional (a CA for tax matters) before making a financial or employment decision based on anything shown in the app.

GintiFlow Pro

Some features — currently Excel/CSV export and the monthly/annual reports — require a GintiFlow Pro subscription, priced at ₹99/month or ₹999/year. It's billed through your device's app store: the Apple App Store on iPhone, and Google Play on Android where available. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and you manage or cancel them in that store's account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions) — per that store's standard subscription terms.

A free or promotional period, where offered, requires no payment card and converts to a paid subscription at the standard price only if you don't cancel before it ends. Promo codes from a GintiFlow campaign are redeemed through the same app store and follow the same auto-renewal rule once the free period is over.

Acceptable use

Don't use GintiFlow to create fraudulent invoices, misrepresent GST information, harass clients, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep GintiFlow available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party services (Apple/Google sign-in, WhatsApp, push notifications) depend on those services being available too.

Limitation of liability

GintiFlow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including errors in calculators or invoices you generate. You're responsible for verifying invoice amounts, tax figures, and any decision made based on the app's output before relying on them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use GintiFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
